End-of-Year Message from Bojan Nikolić, CEO of Airsys

As we close out 2025, I would like to take a moment to reflect on our journey and share what lies ahead for Airsys.

Many of you may know me from my years working within the channel at Motorola Solutions before joining Airsys, first as Head of Airsys Europe, and now as CEO. During this time, I’ve witnessed remarkable transformation across our industry. The past few years in particular have brought significant change, challenge, and opportunity for everyone in the channel.

For Airsys, 2025 has been a year of re-evaluation, regeneration, and meaningful action as we continue strengthening the way we serve our partners.

Strengthening Our Operations in the UK

In the UK, we successfully implemented a new ERP system designed to improve efficiency, enhance order accuracy, provide better visibility of stock, and streamline internal workflows. We also launched our brand-new e-commerce platform.

This platform represents a major step forward:

  • Partners can now view a wider range of products than ever before.

  • Manage their accounts with ease.

  • Speak directly with our team through live chat.

  • And most importantly, place orders quickly and intuitively.

Growing Our Capabilities in Europe

Across the EU, demand has continued to grow. To ensure we meet this demand, we have expanded our operational footprint by acquiring an adjacent building, effectively increasing our warehouse space and enabling us to hold more stock across two locations. This means improved availability, increased resilience, and a faster, more reliable service for all customers.

During Q1 2026, our European organisation will also roll out the same e-commerce platform as the UK&I, which will further increase the ease of doing business with Airsys.

 Building a Stronger Organisation

2025 has also brought personnel changes, but these changes have strengthened the foundation we continue to build—one shaped by nearly 35 years of partnership and trust.

Our organisational structure has been enhanced with roles that reflect our long-term vision:

  • A Group Procurement & Supply Chain Manager, supported by local purchasing assistants, ensuring smarter sourcing and better stock continuity.

  • A dedicated Group e-Commerce Team, committed to delivering the best possible digital customer experience.

  • Operations & Quality Managers, focused on maintaining exceptional service levels.

  • And a UK General Manager, dedicated to strengthening the valued relationships we have with our partners.

Looking Ahead to 2026

2026 is set to be an exciting year for Airsys. Much of our work this year has taken place behind the scenes—strengthening systems, building teams, and preparing for the future. We are eager to share these developments with you, but just as importantly, we want to listen. Your feedback guides us, shapes our priorities, and ensures we continue to evolve in ways that matter to you.
